The painting “La Gioconda” (“Mona Lisa”) by the famous Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci will be placed in a separate room at the Louvre.
Army informs, citing foreign media, that French President Emmanuel Macron said this during his speech at the museum.
“Mona Lisa will have its own separate room in the Louvre. A separate ticket will be provided for entry to this room,” Macron said.
It should be noted that the painting “Mona Lisa” by Leonardo da Vinci in 1505 is still considered the most popular work of art in the world. “Mona Lisa” was stolen from the Louvre Museum in 1911 and was only found two years later.
