Products needed:
– Sour cream – 100 g
– Butter – 100 g
– Egg – 1 piece
– Powdered sugar – 1 cup
– Lemon – 1/2
– Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
– Flour – 2.5 cups
Preparation:
1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar well.
2. Add sour cream and eggs and mix well again.
3. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater and add it to the oil-raw mixture.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice. Pour soda into the juice, mix (the soda should foam), and add to the mixture, mixing well.
5. Add flour and knead the dough (the dough should not stick to your hands). Depending on the properties of the flour, you may need less or more flour than indicated in the recipe.
6. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes with special cookie cutters.
8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies.
9. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
