This pie is very tasty and delicate.
Products needed:
Flour – 2.5 cups
Butter – 200 g
Powdered sugar – 1.5 cups
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Cottage cheese – 500 g
Eggs – 2 (medium size)
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Preparation
1. Cut the butter into small pieces and mix with your hands with the flour and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (it should be like a mixture). Add the salt and baking powder and mix well again.
2. Wash the animal, divide it into 4 parts, cut out the middle and pass it through a meat grinder (do not peel).
3. Strain the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix well with the egg, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
5. Pour half of the batter into the bottom of the pan.
6. First place the cottage cheese filling on the dough, then the animal, and spread it out neatly.
7. Pour the remaining batter over it.
8. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
9. After the pie has cooled slightly, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
