In the first quarter of 2025, prices in the housing market in Azerbaijan increased by 14.4% compared to the first quarter of 2024.
Army.Az reports, citing the State Statistics Committee, that in the first quarter of this year, prices in the primary housing market increased by 12.9%, and in the secondary housing market by 14.4%, compared to the previous year.
It should be noted that in the first quarter of this year, the price index in the housing market increased by 4.4% compared to the previous quarter, including 2% in the primary housing market and 4.5% in the secondary housing market.
