
Russia is ready to continue working together with Armenia to further deepen the partnership in the interests of strengthening peace and security in the South Caucasus, reads a letter from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and the Russian Federation, Army.az informs via Russian media.
“Despite attempts from outside to undermine the Russian-Armenian alliance, we manage to maintain a high level of political dialogue and foreign policy coordination, to increase trade and economic cooperation both bilaterally and in the format of a common integration space,” Lavrov noted.
Meanwhile, the letter from Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan states that in the current conditions of the changing architecture of international relations, it is important to continue partnership interaction based on the interests of the two states.
